Shay has been Ralco Energy’s CEO since 2021. He brings 15 years of senior management experience in Defense & Space industry and the Renewable sectors. Bachelor of Laws (LL.B), Master’s degree of Business Administration MBA, MA in Public Administration and PMP certificate studies in technology project management. Infantry Battalion Commander – Lieutenant Colonel (Res.) in active reserve service in the Gaza Division

A construction technical engineering, Omri has 8 years of experience in procurement and operations and has been with Ralco Energy for 4 years. He is responsible for the company’s warehouses and inventories management.
